Does it work with the CMR form?
Yes. The CMR form has a fixed layout that is recognized from the first document. Handwritten entries are read via OCR; uncertain values are flagged.
Can drivers submit photos directly?
Yes, by email to the template address. No login is required.
Are documents in other languages recognized?
Yes — German, English, Polish, Spanish and French. The output is in the language you choose.
Is there an interface to our TMS?
The Business package includes API and webhooks to pass results automatically to your own systems. Alternatively, export as CSV, Excel or JSON.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Germany (Frankfurt), GDPR compliant, separated from other accounts and never used to train AI models.
