How reliably are crosses recognized?
That depends on the form and on the scan quality. Upload a real completed form: analysis and test run are free, and you see the result before the first scan.
What happens with multi-page questionnaires?
Each page is processed as a separate scan and produces its own record. For multi-page forms, one template per page is therefore recommended.
Can I analyze the results directly?
The Excel export contains one column per question. You then create analyses, pivot tables and charts in Excel or a tool of your choice.
How much does it cost to process 100 forms?
A single-page form uses one credit. 100 single-page forms fit into the Starter package for EUR 9.
Where is the data stored?
