Yes. DokuScan is not tied to specific preprinted forms. The layout of your form is recognized from the first document, and you can adjust the fields.
Can site managers submit reports directly?
Yes, by email to the template address — for example as a smartphone photo. No DokuScan login is required for this.
How well is handwriting recognized?
Clearly legible block letters are usually recognized reliably. With untidy handwriting, the confidence score shows which values should be checked.
Can I transfer the data into our construction software?
DokuScan exports Excel, CSV and JSON with your column names. Whether an import is possible depends on your software; many programs support CSV imports.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Germany (Frankfurt), GDPR compliant, separated from other accounts and never used to train AI models.
